Maya S.R. Nayak is the Founder and President of the organization, bringing a wealth of experience from her work across various roles and organizations. With a strong focus on advocating for the rights of sexual minorities, Maya has dedicated much of her career to advancing social justice and inclusion. She has worked with prominent organizations such as MYRADA, KHPT, KSAPS, Ondede, and the Solidarity Foundation, where her work has ranged from serving as a resource person to providing strategic advocacy and policy guidance. Maya has also worked closely with government bodies to refine and develop policies that support the rights of sexual minorities and other marginalized communities. Her deep commitment to promoting equality and inclusion has made her a key voice in shaping policies that drive positive change for excluded populations.

Srinivas has a background in teaching Social Work as a lecturer and has served as a Councillor for the Karnataka State Women Development Corporation in Yadgir. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the foundation.

Based in Kerala, he has previously worked with the Change Foundation in Yadgir, Karnataka during the engagement as a Gandhi Fellow with the Piramal Foundation. Currently working with the Centre for Research in Schemes and Policies (CRISP), collaborating with the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department of Karnataka on different developmental initiatives.
