The organisation is working towards supporting the most marginalised sections of society across the country, which includes women, LGBTQ+ community to help them lead independent and prosperous life.

The organization works in Kalyan Karnataka region in domains such as livelihoods, education, health empowerment, and rural development. Below are the key programs being run by the organisation: - 1. At present, the organisation is running a program named "Mission Education" in partnership with Smile Foundation. As part of this program, remedial classes are being provided to selected students in Surpur taluk, Yadgir. In the coming days, the organisation wishes to expand this to other parts of the district and the state too. 2. Multiple trainings are being provided to government officials, lawyers, students, women, PRI officials etc on topics such as sex, gender and sexuality. 3. Trainings being provided on topics such as communication skills, constitution, local governance, leadership etc. to selected youth members.
