On September 16, 2022, we participated in a community meeting with Yadgiri district collector Snehal. R and other district-level officials to write the proposal to NITI Ayog through district administration, for constructing toilets for the transgender community at govt bus stops of Yadgiri, Shorapur, Shahapur and Gurmitkal blocks. Also a project to start mushroom plantation businesses for the community with a plan of providing a minimum 10 employment opportunities to our community members had also been talked about.
